Scorpio Rental Services Pvt.Ltd. provides both Self-Drive With Driver vehicle rental options. The type of service must be selected at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service if the required documents or conditions are not met.

For self-drive rentals, customers must provide:

Valid Driving License Citizenship / Passport Contact Information

When a professional driver is provided, Scorpio Rental Services Pvt.Ltd. remains responsible for operating the vehicle safely in accordance with traffic laws.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or due to misconduct during the trip.

Advance confirmation is required, and full payment must be completed before the start of service unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may vary depending on season, fuel cost, demand, or special requirements. Additional charges may apply for:

Extra Hours Extra Distance Night Service Airport Pickup Special Requests

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Scorpio Rental Services Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

We are also not liable for delays or disruptions caused by:

Traffic Congestion Weather Conditions Road Conditions Strikes Mechanical Issues Unforeseen Circumstances

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
